Great hotel, watched the match vs Leicester. Checked in by Amy who was lovely and professional. Doing the basics exceptionally well always gets a 10/10. Genuine, friendly and professional. Wished us a pleasant stay, enquired if we were going to the match. View from 503 is amazing and loved having a twin room with two double beds. Need to mention the lady who helped my elderly relative who suffers from parkinson’s who kindly helped him gather his breakfast and took his hot pot of tea to his table with minimal fuss, with discretion and not drawing attention to her good deed.

The room was better than expected, we were given a premium room overlooking the inside of the stadium. The view was amazing, room was very large, had everything we needed and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and large. We didn't have lunch but did have breakfast. The breakfast was great, good customer service and good choice of breakfast options. Unfortunately I was too hungover to really appreciate the breakfast fully as I was full easily.

The location was convenient for the station, local retail outlets and the availability of taxis was generally good. We were particularly impressed with the bar and restaurant service and the choice of breakfasts, with an excellent self-service system. Another point, when we had visitors, the hotel made a parking space available and happily served tea for us all. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Lovely downstairs decor, clean hotel with a good breakfast. They upgraded our family to a (partial) pitch view room, which was the most amazing surprise for our kids. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful in a very sincere way. Parking was just at the back of the hotel, for £6.95pd. Morrisons and Costa, Leisure Centre across the road, and a park with football court too. The small gym was well equipped. Loved having the ice machine outside our room to refill drinks. Breakfast they cooked veggie sausages and poached eggs v quickly on request; it was good value and kept us going until dinner. Kids were made to feel very welcome too.. Really could not fault this hotel. We enjoyed cheering the runners from Run Norwich 10k as they ran around the stadium and the hotel entrance.

On arrival at the hotel after a long journey from London we were greeted with a lovely warm welcome from Reception. We requested a Stadium view room which was granted. The food in the reception was excellent. We had Salmon which came with seasonal vegetables. The leek and potato soup was also nice and filling. We were here for an event otherwise we would have loved to extend our stay for longer than 1 night .

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Jessica on the phone helped me book two more nights around the one i had first booked through booking.com. We didn't need to move rooms, very organised. The lady on reception, when we checked in was lovely, can't remember her name.

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) as we visited the local polar express train ride. This was a perfect hotel for us plus we had the most incredible view of any football mad child! Breakfast was delicious and a very large range feom cooked breakfast, continental and a great selection of drinks and the kids ate free which was a great bonus! The bed was super comfy and the room was very spacious! Full size bath and lovely toilet facilities. Would highly recommend! Very friendly staff and very clean throughout.

The food was quite good for a chain hotel. It was much better than expected. The beds were comfortable. It also wasn’t very noisy, although this may change when a match is on. It was great that they are a dog-friendly hotel. This was our primary reason for booking here.
